Angelique Houtkamp started drawing and painting when she was thirty and describes her work as being deceptively simple, instantly recognisable and often humorous, classic old school tattoo imagery mixed with mythological dreams, antropomorphed critters, nautical iconography and haunting Hollywood romance by way of a distinctive painterly style.
